Harimau Malaya Challenge Awaits In China

Four Selangor FC players Brendan Gan, Faisal Halim, Sharul Nazeem and Quentin Cheng have been called up by Harimau Malaya to join the training camp which has already started yesterday.

The National Team will face two Tier 1 International Matches against Syria (September 6) and China (September 9) which will take place in Chengdu, China.

This is the statistics of the players who have been called up to join the Harimau Malaya team in the Malaysian League competition with the Red Giants in the 2023 season:-

Brendan Gan: Played 25 times in 26 games, 3 goals, 8 assists

Faisal Halim: Played 21 times out of 26 matches, 11 goals, 8 assists

Sharul Nazeem: Played 19 times from 26 matches and scored 2 goals, 5 clean sheets

Quentin Cheng: Played 21 times in 26 games and provided 4 goals, 6 clean sheets

Apart from those with the Malaysian team, the Selangor FC players will undergo training as usual at the Selangor FC Training Centre. Stay tuned for more updates about the team on the Red Giants social media page from time to time.
