Klang-born, Harith Haiqal is known for his talent and calmness that helped him become a pillar player of the Selangor FC 2 team in his first Premier League competition season 2020.

After gaining numerous experiences in 2020, he took on the responsibility of being the team captain during the 2021 Premier League and handling the centre back well which eventually promoted him to the Red Giants first team. On 31 July 2021, he made his debut for the first team in the Super League matches against Penang FC.

2023 became the best season for him with the senior team after being praised for his great performance. He made 72 appearances, scored 5 goals (which mostly came from header goals) and one assist.

Apart from his achievements with Selangor FC this season, he has also been one of the core players of the under-23 national team that will compete in AFC Asian Cup 2024.
